Micromorphology and Ultrastructure Testing Services are performed using the Digital Microscope Keyence VHX-X1 to produce high-resolution images, perform surface morphology analysis, conduct 2D and 3D dimensional measurements, and provide visual documentation of various types of samples. These services include:
- Surface morphology observation of samples.
- High-resolution imaging.
- Two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) dimensional measurements.
- Measurement of distance, area, angle, and surface profile.
- Digital image documentation and analysis.
- Characterization of various types of materials and samples, including metals, polymers, biomaterials, biological tissues, fibers, electronic components, minerals, and other samples compatible with the instrument specifications.
Sample Requirements:
- Ready for testing (no preparation needed).
- Powder or solid form (biomaterials or other materials).
- Must be dry.
- Maximum dimensions: 150 mm thickness, 100 mm diameter.
- Clearly labeled with ELSA ID.
- Maximum shipment limit (one ELSA ID) is 6 samples per batch
