BioFlo 120 series Eppendoff biofermentor reactors with working volume sizes of 2 and 5 L (used interchangeably). This reactor can be used for fermentation processes in batches or fed-batches. The reactor is equipped with a heat blanket vessel, dissolved oxygen (DO) sensor, pH sensor, temperature sensor, peristalsis pump, and stirring rate control. Vessels can be sterilized with an auto-clave. We only assist the installation. The periodical sampling (if any) have to be conducted by the customers themselves. All required materials for the process are provided by the customers.
