Scope of Research Activities:
The development of a Canbus-based data acquisition system for the EHPS aims to collect and process data from sensors related to the electronic steering system. Canbus serves as the communication medium between sensors and the main control system (ECU). The implementation of this system enables real-time data processing to provide accurate information on the performance of the EHPS. The research scope includes:
- Identification of sensors and required data: obtaining accurate and precise data.
- Building the data acquisition system (DAQ): the device must be capable of communicating with sensors through Canbus.
- Programming: configuring, processing data in real-time, and controlling DAQ hardware.
- Integration into the EHPS system: DAQ and EHPS systems should be able to communicate.
- Validation and testing: monitoring information in real-time, diagnosing communication issues, and optimizing system performance.
