materials, structures and
components of nuclear reactors

Conducting research in the field of nuclear materials, structures and components for existing and advanced nuclear reactors, including the development of advanced materials, failure and aging analysis including mechanical, thermal, chemical and physical properties testing. Studies are conducted using computational methods, including first principal calculation (DFT), molecular dynamics (MD), Finite Element Methods (FEM), etc., as well as experimentally with microscopic testing (XRD, neutron diffraction, EBSD, SEM/EDS, etc.), mechanical testing (creep, stress, strength, etc.), corrosion testing, and so on.

Qualification:
D4/S1, S2, S3 in the fields of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Physics, Chemistry, materials, metallurgy, engineering (including nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, physics engineering, nano materials, materials engineering)
