The 1-phase melting furnace with a maximum temperature of 1100 °C and a top-loading type is intended exclusively for internal BRIN users. This service uses a payment scheme through Elsa Points.
For use of the 1-phase melting furnace outside working hours, users are required to fill out Form F-BRIN-02-02 (Application Form for Permission to Use Process, Preparation, Workshop Laboratories, and Other Facilities Outside Working Hours), which can be accessed through the Aksesibilitas Laboratorium - Download Formulir.
For internal BRIN members outside the ORNM Metallurgy Laboratory who wish to use this facility, they are also required to complete Form F-BRIN-02-05 (Laboratory Usage – Internal Affiliation), available in the same menu.
Users are expected to read the SOP and sample requirements in the Service Documents before use.
