Hydraulic Roll Machine Working Technique
  1. Rolling. Basic technique for forming metal plates into cylinders or cones.
  2. Pre-Bending. Used to reduce deformation of the ends of the plate before the main rolling process. Prevents gaps between joints after the plate is formed into a tube or pipe.
  3. Cone Rolling. Special technique for forming cone-shaped workpieces. One side of the roller is pressed harder to produce different diameters at both ends.
  4. Straightening. Used to straighten slightly curved metal plates after the rolling process.
  5. Multi-Pass Rolling. Used for thick materials, where rolling is carried out in several stages to prevent cracking or excessive deformation.
