Fluorescence observation of live cells, fixed cells, and live cells: Live sample observation (expression check only, non-time lapse imaging) needs to refer to the capabilities of the equipment.
Types of services provided:
1. Live sample observation (expression check only, non-time lapse imaging)
2. Image capture
3. Time lapse imaging (non-CO2)
4. Time-lapse imaging (with CO2 gas)
5. Observation of DAPI, GFP, RFP
Sample requirements:
1. IF staining sample preparations
2. Samples must be pre-stained/already have fluorescent probes and fixed on microscope slides
Fluorescence observation of live cells, fixed cells, and live cells:
Live sample observation (expression check only, non-time lapse imaging) 50,000/sample
Image capture 100,000/fixed sample
Time lapse imaging (non-CO2) 150,000/hour
Time-lapse imaging (with CO₂ gas) 175,000/hour

Note: To facilitate verification of registered test samples, customers must complete the TEST DETAIL FORM, which can be downloaded in the “Service Documents” section → “Service SOP Documents” section, and then the completed form (in .pdf format) must be uploaded along with the sample photo in the “Other Supporting Documents” and “Photo Data File” sections. Ensure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples listed on the form.
Incomplete supporting documents may result in the sample registration being canceled by the Verifier.
