This service uses the Mufflefurna Nabertherm L 9/11/SKM to analyze ash content.
Ash content is measured using the gravimetric method, heating at 500°C for 3 hours for ashing. The difference between the sample and the heating result is calculated as a percentage.
Users are accompanied by a device operator.
Temperature range: maximum 1100°C
Setting process time: maximum 6 hours/day
Use of a porcelain container and lid is MANDATORY
When submitting, the description section must include the following information: sample type and condition, sample quantity, sample volume/weight, setting process plan, and other relevant information.
Incomplete data will be rejected.
