NMR spectroscopy is based on absorption of radio waves by certain nuclei of atoms in organic molecules. The nucleus is oriented towards a magnetic field. Each proton in a molecule with different chemical properties will provide different magnetic orientation resonance lines.
IMPORTANT:
1. Please provide information the parameters used for analysis (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, DEPT 135, DEPTQ, HSQC/HMQC, HMBC, COSY, NOESY, ROESY, TOCSY)
2. Please provide information the solvent used during analysis (D2O, CD3OD, CDCl3, DMSO-d6 and Acetone-d6)
3. Minimum sample weight is 10 mg
4. The analysis results obtained are raw fid data in .zip format. To process the data you can use NMR software processor Topspin 4.3.x or third party software such as Mnova, ACDLabs, etc. Topspin NMR software can be downloaded at the following link: Topspin (Free registration)
