We offer four distinct types of workshops tailored to meet the thematic needs of our clients. Each workshop is designed to address specific aspects of facility management and nuclear safety systems. The available workshop types are as follows:

A. W1: Workshop on Facility and Nuclear Safety Management System (SMFK)

This workshop covers the following topics:

• Explanation of the management system as outlined in BAPETEN Regulation No. 6 of 2023.
• Implementation of safety and security culture.
• Application of a graded approach to management systems and risk management.
• Preparation of management system documentation.
• Elaboration of policies and planning, including clarification of management responsibilities.
• Resource management principles.
• Development of implementation strategies and business processes.
• Measurement of effectiveness, evaluation, and identification of improvement opportunities.

B. W2: Workshop on Integrated SMFK with ISO 9001 or ISO 19443 and ISO 45001

This workshop includes:

• Overview of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015.
• Overview of Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018.
• Explanation of SMFK requirements based on BAPETEN Regulation No. 6 of 2023.
• Implementation of integrated audit procedures.

C. W3: Workshop on Integrated Internal Audit of SMFK

This session focuses on:

• Audit principles.
• Audit program development.
• Audit process execution.
• Auditor competency and evaluation.

D. W4: Customized Workshop Based on Organizational Needs

Topics may include:

• Safety culture development.
• Security culture enhancement.
• Risk management strategies.
• Facility maintenance and upkeep.
