Oxidation stability test for vegetable oil samples using the Rancimat method according to AOCS Cd 12b-92. This method is a test method for determining the induction period for the formation of volatile acids from vegetable oils heated at 100-140 oC and aerated with air at a flow rate of 9 L/hour. The required sample amount is 30 mL (minimum).
