Service Description

The Eppendorf Mastercycler X50s is a PCR thermal cycler used for the in vitro amplification of DNA through controlled temperature cycles. The instrument is suitable for amplifying specific DNA target sequences for subsequent molecular analysis.

Use of the Eppendorf Mastercycler X50s for DNA amplification using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique according to the PCR program and reaction conditions specified by the user.
