Particle Size and Shape Analyzer - SYNC is a tool to determine the size and shape of particles/powder using the synchronization method of laser light diffraction and dynamic image analysis (DIA). Laser diffraction is sourced from 1 set of Red Laser Diode Wavelength 780 nm and 2 sets of Blue Laser Diode Wavelength 405 nm while image analysis uses a 5.2 - megapixel camera (2560x2048) and produces 62 frames per second at maximum resolution Uses red and blue laser diffraction and dynamic image The analysis made it possible to determine the particle size distribution and values in the range of 0.24 - 400 µm (dry module). The use of a wet module allows up to a lower diameter of 0.01 µm.
