Description: Multiskan GO is a high-quality monochromator-based UV/VIS spectrophotometer.  
Used for spectral scanning:  
a. Kinetic measurements (measuring absorbance) with a wavelength range of 200–1000 nm  
b. Determination of the wavelength range can only be performed a maximum of 3 times.

Multiskan Go Genomics Laboratory Services:  
1. Absorbance readings using the Multiskan Go Thermo Scientific  
2. Absorbance spectrum readings using the Multiskan Go Thermo Scientific

Sample Requirements:  
1. Sample type: Assay  
2. Non-fluorescent samples  
3. Sample weight adjusted to the plate and cuvette used  
4. Sample container type: plate (96 and 384 wells) and cuvette  
5. Multi-plate is not provided, but users may bring their own multi-plate and other consumables  
6. Sample ready for testing (sample preparation is done by the user)
7. Temperature cannot be adjusted (room temp.)  

Absorbance spectrum reading with Thermo Scientific Multiskan Go
Determination of the wavelength range can only be performed a maximum of 3 times. 

Multiskan GO is a high-quality monochromator-based UV/VIS spectrophotometer. It is used for spectral scanning, endpoint measurements, and kinetic measurements to measure absorbance in the wavelength range of 200–1000 nm, as well as for photometric tests using 96-well and 384-well microplates with or without lids and various types of cuvettes.

Required Information:

Do not forget to include the usage time in the “Sample Description” section when submitting the service request (if the usage time is not provided, the service request will be rejected). The instrument's operating hours are 08:00–16:00.

Rate: Rp 150,000/plate; for quantities exceeding this, the rate applies in multiples.

The instrument is operated by OA Alifa.
