a. The Polylab OS HAAKE is a processing system consisting of a Main Drive, Rheomix, and Extruder.
b. The Rheomix is used for batch mixing of thermoplastic materials.
c. The Extruder is used for continuous mixing and processing of thermoplastic materials.
General Requirements-
The service fee is calculated based on the number of service sessions.

Equipment operating hours:

Session 1: 08:00–12:00 WIB

Session 2: 13:00–15:00 WIB

For equipment use lasting one full day, users must submit a service request for two (2) sessions.

Service requests must be submitted for available time slots. Please check the schedule before submitting a request.

Users must upload the required supporting documents, consisting of:

The Form Detail Pengujian (FDU), which can be downloaded from the Service Documents menu.

A photograph of the sample.

Incomplete supporting documents may result in the service request being rejected by the verifier.

Ensure that the sample name and quantity to be processed match the information provided in the ELSA service request form.

The Rheomix and Extruder must be operated independently by the researcher under the supervision of the equipment person in charge (PIC).

Equipment use is permitted only after the ELSA service request has been fully paid.

Total material quantity: 50 g per batch.

Maximum processing temperature: 130°C.

Prohibited materials: PVC, acidic materials, and corrosive materials.

Minimum material quantity: 300 g.
