Description: The QIAcuity Four Digital PCR Machine - Qiagen is a device that can be used to analyze DNA sequences qualitatively and quantitatively up to 5 Fluorescence dyes (5 Plex). Sample Requirements:
1. Sample type: solution, minimum 10 microns.
2. Users are requested to bring samples in tubes and can transfer samples into nanoplates in the RTPCR preparation laboratory.
3. Plates and reagents are provided by the user.
4. Testing capacity: up to 4 plates per run.
5. Plates used: 8.5K 24-well, 8.5K 96-well, 26K 8-well, 26K 24-well. Analysis service hours: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The machine can only be used during the above service hours. Submissions that do not include service hours in the ELSA description menu or submissions outside of these service hours will be REJECTED. 


The Digital PCR QIAcuity Four - Qiagen machine is a device capable of performing absolute quantitative DNA sequence analysis with high sensitivity without requiring a standard curve. The Qiacuity BRIN machine is equipped with 4 plate spaces in a single analysis run and supports analysis up to 5 Fluorescence dyes (5 Plex). Sample capacity: 4 plates per run. The plates used are 8.5K 24-well, 8.5K 96-well, 26K 8-well, and 26K 24-well. Users are requested to bring samples in tubes and can transfer samples into nanoplates in the RTPCR preparation lab. Plates and reagents are provided by the user. Pricing is per paid contract.

Analysis service hours: 1 time per day (between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM)

The machine can only be used if the ELSA application process has been fully paid and shown to the laboratory supervisor when using the machine. For further details, please contact the Genomics Building Manager.
