Wire Drawing Machine
This equipment is used for reducing wire diameter through the wire drawing process using dies. The drawing process is performed at low speed to ensure optimal product quality. The machine operates on a 3-phase system and is intended exclusively for internal BRIN users. This service uses a payment scheme through Elsa Points.
For usage of this machine outside working hours, users are required to complete Form F-BRIN-02-02 (Application Form for Permission to Use Process, Preparation, Workshop Laboratories, and Other Facilities Outside Working Hours), which can be accessed Aksesibilitas Laboratorium - Download Formulir.
Internal BRIN personnel outside the ORNM Metallurgy Laboratory who wish to use this facility are also required to complete Form F-BRIN-02-05 (Laboratory Usage – Internal Personnel), available in the same menu.
Users are expected to read the SOP and sample requirements listed in the Service Documents before use.
