Spectrophotometer Multiskan Go

Multiskan GO is a high quality monochromator based UV/VIS spectrophotometer.

It is used in spectral scanning, endpoint and kinetic measurements to measure absorbance in the 200–1000 nm wavelength range from 96 or 384-well microplates with or without covers as well as various types of cuvettes. This instrument allows incubation up to 45°C and microplate shaking.

The Multiskan GO can be controlled independently with internal software directly for fast and simple plate and cuvette measurements or via a PC using SkanIt Software.

Multiskan GO can be used in a variety of research applications, including nucleic acid and protein analysis, ELISA assays, enzyme assays, cytotoxicity assays and cell proliferation and apoptosis assays.

Multiskan GO is available in the following configurations:

• Multiskan GO without cuvette 100–240 V
  • Reading of 96 or 384-well microplates, shaking and incubation.
• Multiscan GO with a 100–240 V cuvette
  • Reading of 96 or 384-well microplates, shaking and incubation.
• Ability to read cuvettes with incubation.
  • The sample being measured is ready for reading/measurement (does not accept sample preparation)
