Multiskan SkyHigh Thermo Scientific Services
Multiskan SkyHigh Thermo Scientific is a high-quality monochromator-based UV/VIS spectrophotometer. Used in spectral scanning with kinetic measurements (absorbance) in the wavelength range of 200 - 1000 nm.
Determination for the wavelength range can only be done a maximum of 3 times reading.
Sample Requirements:
1. Sample type: non-fluorescence sample
2. The weight/volume of the sample is adjusted to the plate and cuvette used.
3. Type of test sample container: plate (96) and cuvette.
4. Multi plates, cuvettes, and consumables are provided independently.
5. The sample does not contain active pathogens and is ready for testing.
Operating hours of the device are 08.00-16.00 WIB.
The device is operated by the Supervisor/Operator.
Rates:
1. Multiskan Absorbance Reading: IDR 100,000/ Plate or 100,000/ 5x cuvette run, more than these provisions apply in multiples.
2. Multiskan Absorbance Spectrum Reading: IDR 150,000/ Plate, more than these provisions apply in multiples.
