The Thermo Scientific Nanodrop One is a highly sensitive instrument for measuring the quantity of proteins, DNA, and RNA. The instrument works by measuring the absorbance of a sample in a short amount of time to determine its concentration. The instrument is located in the Mycology Laboratory, 1st Floor of the Mycology Building, KST Ir. H. Soekarno, Cibinong.

General Requirements:
1. The instrument is available during service hours from 08:00 to 16:00 WIB, with the following usage schedule:
• Session 1: 08:00 – 09:00 WIB
• Session 2: 09:00 – 10:00 WIB
• Session 3: 10:00 – 11:00 WIB
• Session 4: 11:00 – 12:00 WIB
• Session 5: 13:00 – 14:00 WIB
• Session 6: 14:00 – 15:00 WIB
• Session 7: 15:00 – 16:00 WIB

2. The rate is Rp 50,000 per hour; for durations exceeding this limit, the rate is charged in multiples thereof.

3. The application must specify the session or schedule of use, the type of sample, and the number of samples in the ELSA description field, and must include supporting documents.

4. The samples to be analyzed must be ready for testing.

5. Consumables are provided by the user.

6. Measurements may be conducted independently by the User/Researcher (if conducted by students (RA/TA/MBKM), postdocs, or visiting researchers,they must be accompanied by a BRIN researcher) and supervised by the Laboratory Technician/Manager.

7. The equipment may only be used once the ELSA application fee has been paid in full.

Sample Requirements:
1. Sample Type:
Samples that can be analyzed include DNA, RNA, and proteins in small volumes (microvolumes).
2. Sample Conditions:
Samples must be in the form of a homogeneous solution, free of particles, foam, and precipitates that could interfere with absorbance readings.
3. Sample Volume:
The minimum sample volume required is 1–2 µL per measurement.
