PCR is a molecular biology technique to multiply copies of a specific DNA strand region.
Terms of use of the tools:
The tools operation will be carried out by the Tools Operator
Price per contract IDR 100,000 for 1x Running (per 3 hours), if usage is more than 3 hours please book for 2 sessions.
Tool usage schedule:
Session 1: 08.00 - 11.00
Session 2: 11.00 - 14.00
Session 3: 14.00 - 16.00
Genetic material samples for PCR tool usage services must be ready to run (DNA/RNA template has been extracted).
Consumables (Reagents, Mastermix, Primers, Probes, and disposables) are provided independently.
Equipment for PCR use has a sample capacity of up to 96 microtubes.
Samples do not contain active pathogens.
