Real-time PCR Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast is a device that can be used to analyze DNA or RNA qualitatively and quantitatively. This device is capable of analyzing multiple targets, up to 5 targets in a single analysis. Calibrated fluorescence dye filter channels are available for FAM, JOE, NED, ROX, TAMRA™, VIC, and SYBR™ Green. The analysis features available in the software include applications for gene expression, genotyping, copy number variation, HRM, protein thermal shift, protein detection, mutation detection, miRNA, and presence/absence. Instrument Location Wing A. RT-PCR Room, 2nd Floor.
General Requirements
1. The instrument can only be used during service hours. Analysis service hours: Session 1: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM WIB Session 2: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM WIB Session 3: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM WIB
2. Users are required to book the equipment in advance and specify the requested service hours. If usage exceeds 2 hours, please book for 2 sessions.
3. The execution time must align with the schedule.
4. Requests that do not include the service time in the ELSA description menu or requests submitted outside the service hours at the time of submission will be REJECTED.
5. It is mandatory to include the scheduled analysis session in the description column and to attach supporting documents consisting of the application file and photo documents, which can be downloaded from the service file.
 6. Incomplete supporting documents may result in the cancellation of sample registration by the Verifier.
7. Ensure that the names and numbers of samples registered in the ELSA System match the numbers of samples listed on the Form.
8. Sample preparation can be done independently by the Researcher.
9. Equipment operation is carried out by the Equipment Operator (EO).
10. The equipment can only be used if the ELSA application process has been paid in full.
11. Analysis results will be uploaded via ELSA and automatically saved in the RIN account.
12. Users must complete the ELSA process until clicking FINISH.

The Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast qPCR machine is a tool that can be used to analyze DNA or RNA qualitatively and quantitatively. This tool is capable of analyzing multiple targets, up to 5 targets in a single analysis. Calibrated fluorescence dye filter channels are available for FAM, JOE, NED, ROX, TAMRA™, VIC, and SYBR™ Green. The analysis features available in the software include applications for gene expression, genotyping, copy number variation, HRM, protein thermal shift, protein detection, mutation detection, miRNA, and presence/absence. It is mandatory to use plates or strip tubes compatible with the ABI7500 Fast machine, sized at 0.1 mL, such as the MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-well 0.1 mL + MicroAmp Optical Adhesive Film from ABI.
 

Equipment usage terms:

Equipment operation will be carried out by the Equipment Operator.

The price per contract is IDR 200,000 for 1x Running (per 2 hours). If usage exceeds 2 hours, please book for 2 sessions.

Note: To facilitate verification of registered test samples, customers must complete the “Testing Details Form,” which can be downloaded from the “Service Documents” section. --> “Service SOP Documents” section, and then the completed form (in .pdf format) must be uploaded along with the sample photo in the “Other Supporting Files” and “Photo Data Files” sections. Ensure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples listed on the Form.

Incomplete supporting documents may result in the sample registration being canceled by the Verifier.
