Oven usage service with a minimum booking duration of 3 hours per day.
Materials to be tested in the laboratory oven must meet the following requirements:
- Materials must not be flammable or explosive at the intended testing temperature.
- Materials must not contain volatile solvents or chemicals that may release hazardous, flammable, or corrosive vapors during heating.
- Materials must not release toxic gases, hazardous fumes, or strong odors that may contaminate the laboratory environment.
- Materials must not be highly heat-reactive or capable of causing uncontrolled exothermic reactions.
- Materials must not contain substances that may damage, corrode, or contaminate the interior of the oven.
- Materials must be placed in heat-resistant containers suitable for laboratory use.
- The testing temperature must be within the thermal limits of the material, its container, and the oven’s operating specifications.
- Materials with unknown properties or safety risks must be accompanied by information on their composition and/or a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before testing.
- Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or toxic vapor-producing materials may only be tested using equipment specifically designed for such materials.
