This service provides testing and characterization of high-frequency antennas using the Compact Antenna Test Range (CATR) method based on Over-The-Air (OTA) techniques for passive antenna measurements. The testing is conducted in a controlled environment within an anechoic chamber capable of generating a plane-wave field in the quiet zone, thereby accurately representing far-field conditions without requiring long measurement distances.
The service is designed to obtain antenna performance parameters with high accuracy and repeatability, in compliance with international standards, particularly for applications in mmWave systems, radar, satellite communications, telecommunications, and advanced antenna research.
