The Applied Biosystems 7500 qPCR machine is a tools that can be used to analyze DNA or RNA qualitatively and quantitatively. This qPCR tool is capable of analyzing targets in multiplex up to 5 targets in one analysis. There are calibrated fluorescence dyes filter channels for FAM, JOE, NED, ROX, TAMRA™, VIC, SYBR™ Green. The analysis features available in the software are for Gene expression, genotyping, copy number variation, HRM, protein thermal shift, protein detection, mutation detection, miRNA, presence/absence applications. It is mandatory to use a plate or strip tube that is compatible with the ABI7500 Fast machine measuring 0.1 mL., such as the MicroAmp Fast Optical 96 well 0.1 mL + MicroAmp Optical adhesive Film brand from ABI.
Terms of use of the tools:
The operation of the tools will be carried out by the Tools Operator
Price per contract Rp. 200,000,- for 1x Running (per 2 hours), if usage is more than 2 hours please book for 2 sessions.
Schedule of use of the device:
session 1: 09.00 - 11.00
session 2: 11.30 - 13.30
session 3: 14.00 - 16.00
Genetic material samples for PCR device usage services must be ready to run (DNA/RNA template has been extracted).
Consumables (Reagents, Mastermix, Primers, Probes, and disposables) are provided independently.
Equipment for PCR use has a sample capacity of up to 96 microtubes.
Samples do not contain active pathogens.
