The Rotorgene qPCR machine is a tools that can be used to analyze DNA or RNA qualitatively and quantitatively.This qPCR device can analyze targets in multiplex with up to five fluorescent dyes (5Plex). The device operates on a rotor-based system with a capacity of 36 tubes (sample volume range: 20–50 µl).
Terms of use of the tools:
The operation of the tools will be carried out by the Tools Operator
Price per contract Rp. 200,000,- for 1x Running (per 2 hours), if usage is more than 2 hours please book for 2 sessions.
Schedule of use of the device:
session 1: 09.00 - 11.00
session 2: 11.30 - 13.30
session 3: 14.00 - 16.00
Genetic material samples for PCR device usage services must be ready to run (DNA/RNA template has been extracted).
Consumables (Reagents, Mastermix, Primers, Probes, and disposables) are provided independently.
Equipment for PCR use has a sample capacity of up to 96 microtubes.
Samples do not contain active pathogens.
