Activity Description:

1. Conducting research on Genome Analysis and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) of pathogenic bacteria and viruses such as Streptococcus pneumoniae and hepatitis viruses.
2. Researching infectious diseases caused by microbes and their clinical manifestations.
3. Conducting research in the field of molecular biology on bacteria, microbiomes, viruses, and liver cancer.

Scope:

1. Conducting laboratory activities for culturing, DNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, AST, and Whole Genome Sequencing.
2. Conducting in vitro research using liver cancer cells.
3. Culturing mammalian cells, characterizing genetic materials in the laboratory, and data analysis.
