Inertial Motion Unit (IMU) SMC IMU-108 is a tool used to record ship attitude data starting from Roll, Pitch, Yaw, and Heave. The SMC IMU-108 can be used to support bathymetric surveys using a multibeam echosounder or sub-bottom profiler survey. SMC IMU-108 is a type of subsea IMU that can be installed below sea level. So it is very appropriate to be installed near the transducer or on underwater equipment.
