The Shimadzu UV-1800 UV–Vis Spectrophotometer is used for the measurement of liquid sample absorbance in the ultraviolet (200–350 nm) and visible (350–800 nm) wavelength ranges. The instrument is equipped with a double-beam optical system, enabling simultaneous measurement of the sample and blank/reference solution during a single analytical run. The analytical output is reported as absorbance/ transmittance
Sample Requirements- Samples must be submitted ready for analysis. Sample preparation is the responsibility of the customer.
- Minimum sample volume: 5 mL.
- Samples should be free of particulates that may interfere with the measurement.
- Consumables are not provided by the laboratory.
- UV–Vis absorbance scanning only.
- Sample preparation, dilution, extraction, and data interpretation are not included in the service.
IDR 100,000 per contract per hour
