Spray Dryer Service

Testing price is Rp. 250,000 per sample (maximum 5 hours of equipment usage). The Buchi Mini Spray Dryer B-290 can dry solution samples with a final particle size of 2-25 micrometers. The inlet temperature ranges from a minimum of 110°C to a maximum of 180°C. Samples must be in the form of a homogeneous solution (with 100% water as the solvent). Samples should be organic materials without chemical solvents and have a neutral pH (6-8). Please bring a container for the yield results.
Requirements:
1. Organic samples and food materials
2. Samples must not contain pathogenic microbes
3. If the type of sample contains beneficial microbes or is heat-sensitive, please mention it in the description.
4. The sample's viscosity must be below 300 Cps, with examples of maximum viscosity samples being packaged yogurt.
5. Filler materials: maltodextrin, skim, and (maximum 5%).
6. Indicate whether the sample is hydrophobic or not, as special treatment is needed during the harvesting of the sample.

Example of work:
Maximum viscosity sample = Packaged Yoghurt
Process description with equipment settings:
Inlet temperature = 140
Outlet temperature = 65-70
Pump = 40%
Aspirator = 100
Processing time for 1 liter of yoghurt sample takes 2 hours.

YOU MUST ATTACH THE SERVICE FORM, IF NOT, THEN THE SERVICE REQUEST WILL BE REJECTED.
Sample collection that has been tested can be collected a maximum of 2 weeks after the test result sheet is issued. If the collection exceeds the specified time, the sample will be destroyed by the laboratory.
