The Concrete Cube and Red Brick Compression Testing Service is a laboratory testing service aimed at determining the compressive strength of construction materials as a primary parameter for evaluating structural quality and suitability. The testing is conducted using the Rocks Triaxial Advantest 9.
Sample Requirements for Concrete Cube and Red Brick Compressive Strength Testing
1. Shape and Dimensions

Standard size:

The top and bottom surfaces must be flat, parallel, and smooth.

Standard testing ages: 7, 14, or 28 days
-
The testing age must be clearly stated on the specimen or in the test request form.

Free from cracks, spalling, or significant visual defects.
-
Cube edges and corners must not be broken or excessively worn.
-
If the bearing surfaces are not flat, capping or grinding must be performed prior to testing.

Concrete specimens must undergo standard curing procedures, such as:

Water immersion,

Curing chamber, or
-
Other approved curing methods.

The curing history must be reported to the laboratory.

A minimum of three (3) specimens is required for each concrete strength grade and testing age.
