Technical Guidance on Using
Inspect3D Software

This service is available through ELSA points for internal BRIN users conducting research activities. For external users, the service is offered on a contractual basis (PNBP), with fees determined upon service request.

Thermo Scientific Inspect3D is a specialized software designed for aligning tomographic image series in life sciences and biomedical research. It enables reconstruction of Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM) data for visualization, analysis, and interpretation of 3D density maps. Internal BRIN users can access the software via designated computers located in the Cryo-EM laboratory on the 1st floor of the Genomics Building, Soekarno Science and Technology Area (KST) – Cibinong, Bogor.

Note: To facilitate service verification, users are required to provide the tomography ID number that will be processed in Inspect3D.

Users may include the following acknowledgement in publications or reports:
