Sample type: powder and liquid
Sample conditions: homogeneous powder sample size <100>
Maximum sample submission is 10 samples per 1 ELSA ID, if it exceeds that, please submit it in several ELSA ID
To expedite the verification of the registered test sample, the customer must complete the F-10 form which can be downloaded in the “Service File” section --> “Service SOP File” and then the completed F-10 form (.pdf format) is uploaded /uploaded with sample photos in the “Other Support Files” and “Photo Data Files” sections. Make sure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA System is the same as the number of samples written on Form F-10.
The incompleteness of the supporting documents may cause the registration of the test sample to be canceled by the Verifier.
