This research project focuses on developing a control board for reconfigurable metasurfaces, which are engineered surfaces capable of dynamically manipulating electromagnetic waves. The control board is designed to interface with active components, such as varactor or PIN diodes, embedded within the metasurface structure. By precisely adjusting the biasing voltages supplied to these components, the control board enables real-time tuning of the metasurface's electromagnetic response. This functionality allows for adaptable control over wavefront characteristics, including beam direction, phase, and polarization.
