U-HPLC with UV-Vis/Fluorescence detector is an abbreviation for Ultra-High-performance liquid chromatography, an instrument for qualitative and quantitative analysis that can be detected with a Uv-Vis/Fluorescence detector, such as (quercetin/rutin/curcumin/catechin/β -carotene). Samples received without preparation, without derivatization, and in the form of a solution will be filtered using a 0.2 µm syringe filter carried out in the Gn Advanced Characterization laboratory. Provision

1. ​Does not provide consumable materials (such as: syringe filters, glass vials, gloves, millipore membranes, tissues, and lab coats)
2. Target standard compounds and HPLC grade solvents are provided by the user
3. The sample is ready to run and filtered with a 0.2 µm syringe filter
4. The sample was placed in a 2 mL HPLC vial.
5. The time for using the instrument is calculated from conditioning until the instrument is turned off at a maximum of 15.00 WIB.
6. Please write usage hours in the submission description. If the application does not include information on usage hours, the service will be REFUSED
7. Please adjust the hours for using the equipment, if it exceeds the hours selected then please submit a reschedule.
8. Solvent preparation from users can be carried out in the Advanced Characterization Lab of Gn. Kidul Playen, Yogyakarta one (1) day before operating the equipment.
9. The tool operator helps with the technical use of the tool (to optimize the method it is left to the user)
10. The results of the HPLC analysis tool are the full responsibility of the user
