The Agilent UV-Vis spectrophotometer is used to measure the absorbance of liquid samples using wavelengths in the UV (200-350 nm) and visible (350-800 nm) regions. The results are in the form of absorbance values. This spectrophotometer is a single-beam spectrophotometer.
General Requirements:
1. Customers must complete the test form, which can be downloaded from the [Service Files > Service SOP Files] section. The completed form (in .pdf format) must be uploaded along with sample photos in the [Other Supporting Files] and [Photo Data File] sections.
2. Incomplete supporting documents may result in the test sample registration being canceled by the verifier.
Specific Laboratory Requirements
1. Samples are ready to measure.
2. No consumables are provided, and the sample is ready to run.
3. Minimum sample volume is 5 mL.
4. Please clean the used cuvette with 70% alcohol and distilled water.
5. Instrumentation usage hours are from 8:00 AM until the instrument is turned off at 3:00 PM WIB.
6. Please include the hours of use in the application description. If the application does not include the hours of use, the service will be rejected.
