The Vicker Hardness Tester is a tool used for measuring hardness value of a material (metal). The basic principle of this testing tool is that the pyramid shaped indentor presess the part of a tested material. Then, the part of material surfaces that experience indentation after given pressure that the force magnitude has been determined is evaluated. The measurement results of vicker hardness will be counted automatically using a softwere installed in the computer.
