Voltametri is an electrochemical method that observes changes in current and potential. The basic principle of voltammetry is the measurement of current as a function of potential which is applied when a polarization of the electrode indicator occurs by varying the potential so that the analyte experiences a reduced oxidation reaction. Or in other words an analytes given voltage will produce a current, then the current is converted into a voltage and displayed as a function of time or voltage.
