The WD-XRF Panalytical Zetium 2.4kW unit uses SumXcore technology, WDXRF and EDXRF integration, capable of analyzing Major, Minor (Omnian) and Trace Elements (Pro Trace). Plus Small Spot Mapping (SSM) 0.5mm for multi-element analysis of solid samples without complicated preparation.
Sample Requirements for Major Element Analysis:
  • samples in glassbead with diameter diameter 37-40 mm
  • information on materials used for glassbean preparation
Sample Requirements for Tarce Element Analysis :
  • Samples in pellet press form (diameter 37-40 mm)
  • information on materials used for press pellete preparation

Sample Requirements for Small Spot Mapping (SSM) Analysis:
  • samples in chip rock, solid (polished the side that want to observe) with diameter diameter 20-40 mm
