- Workshop reserves the right to refuse service requests that are not preceded by a discussion;
- Service rates are per work package;
- Work is carried out in the lab on weekdays, excluding Wednesdays, Sundays or holidays;
- The duration of work execution depends on the scope of activities/work;
- Rate calculation is based on estimated manhour, machinehour, and consumable materials;
- A contract is required for the implementation of this service;
- Please provide your email address and cell phone number so that you can be contacted. Lack of such information may hinder the service process;
- In order to maintain facilities and infrastructure, starting from December 20 to January 1 of each year, we temporarily do not provide services. Services will reopen on January 2nd of the following year.
