Precision surface grinding machine is a machine that functions to flatten and smooth the surface of the workpiece. The work process of this machine is a rotating grinding stone that will flatten the surface of the workpiece with movements to the left and right and back and forth manually or automatically. The movement of the table is automatically driven with the help of a hydraulic system. Meanwhile, the up and down movement of the grinding stone can be manually or automatically with the help of a servo motor. Okamoto is capable of accuracy < 6 µm.

- Service rates are per hour (8 hours per day), rates do not include operator/analyst services;
- Work is carried out in the lab on weekdays, excluding Wednesdays, Sundays or holidays;
- For overtime work, it is necessary to obtain approval and is subject to additional fees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- The duration of the work depends on the specimen to be tested/examined;
- For specific work, an agreement/contract is required prior to the payment process;
- This service requires equipment (such as tools, cranes, compressors, air filters, etc.), and materials (olie, etc.);
- After use, partners/customers/service users are required to clean and tidy up the machine, tools and environment.

- In order to maintain facilities and infrastructure, starting from December 20 to January 1 of each year, we temporarily do not provide services. Services will reopen on January 2nd of the following year.
