XRF (X-Ray Fluoresence) is one of the analytical methods to quickly determine the composition of elements/elements in a material/sample. The principle used in the determination of elements/elements is based on the interaction of X-rays with materials/samples. The analyzed material/sample can be in the form of powder or lumps, weighing at least 2 grams. Applications: Geological Exploration, Mining, Metallurgy, Environment, Health and etc.
- The tools used by the Niton XL3t 500 Portable
- Detected elements: Pb, Zn, Fe, Cu, Ni, Ti, Ca, Mo, Zr, Sr, Rb, Se, As, Au, W, Co, Cr, V, Sb, Sn, Cd, Ag, Pd , Nb, Bi, Th, U, Hg, Sc, K, S, Ba, Cs, Te
- Undetectable elements (Bal): Si, Al, Mg, Na
- National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Calibration Standards.
Before/when submitting a service request, make sure the user:
- Have understood the specifications of tools that are tailored to the purpose of analysis/measurement
- Provide notes for the unit of measurement: ppm or % (if there is no note, it will be done according to the characteristics of the sample)
- Submit means agree.
