Service Description: The qPCR Rotorgene-Qiagen is a device that can be used to analyze DNA sequences qualitatively and quantitatively up to 5 Fluorescence dyes (5 Plex). The device operates on a rotor system with a capacity of 36 and 72 wells.
General Requirements 1. The instrument can only be used during service hours. Analysis service hours: Session 1: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM WIB Session 2: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM WIB Session 3: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM WIB
2. Users are required to book the instrument in advance and specify the requested service hours. If usage exceeds 2 hours, please book for 2 sessions.
3. The implementation time must align with the schedule.
4. Requests that do not include the service hours in the ELSA description menu or requests submitted outside the service hours will be REJECTED.
5. It is mandatory to include the requested analysis session schedule in the description column and to attach supporting documents, which include the application file and photo documents that can be downloaded from the service file.
6. Incomplete supporting documents may result in the sample registration being canceled by the Verifier.
7. Ensure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples listed on the form.
8. Sample preparation may be conducted independently by the researcher.
9. Equipment operation is performed by the Equipment Operator (EO).
10. The equipment may only be used if the ELSA submission process has been fully paid.
11. The analysis results will be uploaded via ELSA and automatically saved in the RIN account.
12. Users must complete the ELSA process until they click FINISH.
The Rotorgene qPCR machine is a tool that can be used to analyze DNA sequences qualitatively and quantitatively up to 5 Fluorescence dyes (5 Plex). The instrument operates on a rotor-based system with a capacity of 36 wells (sample volume range: 20–50 μl) and 72 wells (sample volume range: 10–20 μl). The cost per contract is Rp 200,000 per 2 hours.
Analysis service hours:
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
The machine can only be used during the above service hours. Requests that do not specify the service hours in the ELSA description menu or requests submitted outside of these service hours will be REJECTED.
The machine can only be used if the ELSA submission process has been fully paid. If you are unable to use the machine, please consult with the administrator first.
