Analysis per Solid Sample (SEM photomicrograph Parameters)
Is an instrument to find out information about:
1. Topography, namely surface characteristics and textures (hardness, light reflectance, and so on).
2. Morphology, namely the shape and size of the particles that make up the object (strength, defects in Integrated Circuits (ICs) and chips, and so on).
3. Composition, namely quantitative data on elements and compounds contained in the object (melting point, reactivity, hardness, and so on).
4. Crystallographic information, namely information about how the grains are arranged in the observed object (conductivity, electrical properties, strength, and so on).
Is an instrument to characterize the crystal structure, crystal size of a solid material. All materials containing certain crystals when analyzed using XRD will produce specific peaks
1 Sample maximum 2 points with 5 magnifications.
When submitting a service, please write the size/dimensions of the sample. The sample dimensions are 2 x 2 x 2 cm and the sample is dry.
The test submission form can be downloaded from the service file selection file
Note:
Remaining analysis samples will be destroyed a maximum of 2 months from the time of testing.
