Freeze Dryer is used to dry wet solid or liquid samples with 100% water solvent.

Requirements:
  1. Accepted samples are primarily organic samples without chemical solvents with a neutral pH (6-8)
  2. Samples in solid, powder, gel or liquid form that have been frozen (-80⁰C) for at least 1 day beforehand.
  3. It is recommended to use plastic containers (thinwall, plastic cylinder containers), because glass is prone to breaking if cooled at -80 C.
  4. Liquid samples are recommended to use plastic cylinder containers/thinwall cylinders.
  5. The maximum sample amount is 3500 ml (adjusting the capacity of the tool, for example Freeze Dryer BK-FD12 Biobase 8 250ml containers + 3 500ml containers)
  6. Operations last 24 hours and are only served on weekdays.
  7. Sampling that has been tested can be taken a maximum of 2 weeks after the LHU is issued. If it exceeds the specified time, the sample will be destroyed by the laboratory.
  8. Prospective users are required to check the availability of service days which can be seen on the calendar tab. Submission dates that clash with the agreed schedule will be rejecte
  9. Prospective users are required to make payment immediately after verification. If they have not made payment until the time of implementation, the application will automatically be canceled.
