Retesting is carried out for any changes in design, materials, components, material combinations, manufacturing, or processing of the Photovoltaic module type family from the last tested version of SNI IEC TS 62915-2018. To maintain type approval and safety, this may require repeating some or all qualification tests by the following provisions. Any change in material specifications, for example, electrical, optical, or mechanical properties, nominal values, and tolerances, should be considered. At every assessment of new thicknesses or dimensions, the thickness or dimensions tested initially should be used as a reference. The number of samples to be included in the retesting program and the passing criteria must be taken from the relevant articles/sub-clauses of the referenced standards (‘passing criteria’).
