Shimadzu UFLC Type (Analytical)
Quantitative, non-preparative analytical chemical testing of solution samples that have been filtered through a 0.2 micron millipore filter and placed in vials (ready to inject). The method used is a standard method optimized for HPLC equipment according to the method package type, namely:
1. C-18 column (size 4.6 microns x 250 mm, 5 microns, and 4.6 microns x 150 mm, 5 microns)
2. Poly Diode Array (PDA) Detector / UV Detector
Minimum sample size 0.5 mL in an HPLC vial
Target components for the C-18 column are:
1. Quercetin
2. Glutamic Acid
3. Catechin
4. Isocatechin

Note: To facilitate verification of registered test samples, customers must complete the TEST DETAILS FORM, which can be downloaded from the "Service Files" --> "Service SOP Files" section. Then, upload the completed form (in .pdf format) along with sample photos in the "Other Supporting Files" and "Photo Data File" sections. Ensure that the name and number of samples registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples listed on the form.
