High-content screening analysis of mammalian cell cultures (in vitro) based on fluorescence, both fixed and live, prepared in optical well plates. Imaging is performed rapidly using a multi-parameter data analysis algorithm based on fluorescent proteins.
For samples or materials for testing services, please refer to the instrument capabilities as follows: Sample availability:
1. Samples without preparation (ready for analysis/run)
2. Type of mammalian cell culture
3. Treatment with nanomedicine administration for 24 hours at varying doses
4. The type of optical bottom plate used is a 96-well plate
5. Types of staining: Blue (405 nm) (DAPI/Hoechst/Alexa), Green (488 nm) (Alexa or others), Red or Scarlet (561 nm) (Alexa or others), Far Red (647 nm) (Alexa or others), Near IR (785 nm) (Alexa or others), Others (nm) (Alexa or others)
6. Service capacity: 1 per contract
7. One (1) contract for one (1) hour

Note: To facilitate the verification of registered test samples, customers must complete the TEST DETAILS FORM, which can be downloaded from the “Service Files” section --> “Service SOP Documents” section, and then upload the completed form (in .pdf format) along with the sample photo in the “Other Supporting Files” and “Photo Data Files” sections. Ensure that the name and number of samples/contracts registered in the ELSA System match the number of samples/contracts listed on the form.
Incomplete supporting documents may result in the sample registration being canceled by the Verifier.
