The 5 Axis CNC Testing and Inspection service uses several pieces of equipment, including:
- Laser Interferometers
- CMM
- Ball Bar
- 3D Photo Scanning
Tests were carried out on 5 Axis CNC Machines and on products produced from the 5 Axis CNC. The use of CMM and 3D Photo Scanning depends on the dimensions and contours of the product.
On this service:
- Need initial discussion regarding this service, please send an email to workshopktsbrin@gmail.com before placing an order;
- Workshop can refuse service requests that are not preceded by discussion;
- Service rates are in per-package units, excluding local transportation and accommodation;;
- Work is carried out in the lab on weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays;
- For on-situ work, an additional fee is charged according to the applicable laws and regulations;
- The duration of the work depends on the specimen to be tested/examined;
- For certain jobs, an agreement/contract is required before the payment process;
- This service requires support supporting materials. Availability of supporting materials greatly affects service;
- Please include your email address and mobile phone number so you can be contacted. This lack of information can hamper the service process;
- In order to maintain facilities and infrastructure, starting from December 20 to January 1 of each year, we temporarily do not provide services. Services will reopen on January 2nd of the following year.
